پیش از ارسال، اطلاعات خصوصی را بپوشانید. تصویر به‌طور خودکار پاک‌سازی نمی‌شود. رمز، کد تأیید، اطلاعات بانکی، مدارک هویتی و اطلاعات خصوصی دیگران را از تصویر و توضیح حذف کنید.
چه چیزی ارسال می‌شود؟
انتخاب تصویر فقط پیش‌نمایش آن را در مرورگر باز می‌کند. با زدن دکمهٔ «کمکم کن»، فایل اصلی تصویر، توضیح اختیاری شما و زبان انتخابی برای پردازش ارسال می‌شوند. نام فایل و اطلاعات همراه آن ممکن است در ارسال وجود داشته باشد؛ داده‌های نهفته در فایل نیز به‌طور خودکار حذف نمی‌شوند.
داده‌ها برای چه کاری و کجا پردازش می‌شوند؟
تصویر و توضیح برای فهم محتوای صفحه و تهیهٔ پاسخ به کار می‌روند. ارائه‌دهندگان میزبانی و خدمات هوش مصنوعی در این پردازش دخیل‌اند و بخشی از پردازش ممکن است خارج از ایران انجام شود. مدت نگهداری و شیوهٔ استفادهٔ این ارائه‌دهندگان تابع سیاست‌ها و تنظیمات آن‌هاست؛ حذف فوری همهٔ نسخه‌ها را تضمین نمی‌کنیم.
چه چیزی در مرورگر می‌ماند؟
زبان و اندازهٔ نوشته در حافظهٔ محلی مرورگر ذخیره می‌شوند و فایل‌های سایت ممکن است برای بازشدن دوباره یا استفادهٔ آفلاین در حافظهٔ موقت بمانند. این نسخه سابقهٔ تحلیل‌ها را در مرورگر ذخیره نمی‌کند؛ تصویر انتخابی، متن و پاسخ هنگام بازبودن صفحه در آن باقی می‌مانند. پاک‌کردن داده‌های سایت از تنظیمات مرورگر، تنظیمات و حافظهٔ موقت محلی را پاک می‌کند.
شروع دوباره یا عوض‌کردن تصویر، درخواست حذف نسخه‌های ارسال‌شده نیست. این کار داده‌ای را که قبلاً به سرور یا ارائه‌دهنده رسیده پاک نمی‌کند.
اطلاعات فنی و خدمات دیگر
سرورها برای کارکرد، رفع خطا و امنیت خدمت، گزارش‌های فنی معمول مانند نشانی اینترنتی (IP)، زمان و مسیر درخواست و مشخصات مرورگر را ممکن است ثبت کنند. مدت نگهداری این گزارش‌ها و نسخه‌های پشتیبان با تنظیمات زیرساخت مرتبط است؛ برای آن‌ها مهلت حذف مشخصی اعلام نمی‌کنیم.
نشان اینماد در صفحهٔ اصلی از سامانهٔ اینماد بارگذاری می‌شود؛ این سامانه اطلاعات معمول درخواست مرورگر را دریافت می‌کند و سیاست خودش را دارد. بازکردن لینک‌های بیرونی یا ارسال ایمیل نیز تابع سیاست خدمات مربوط است.
درخواست دسترسی، اصلاح یا حذف
برای درخواست دربارهٔ داده‌هایتان با پشتیبانی تماس بگیرید و موضوع و زمان تقریبی ارسال را بگویید. لازم نیست تصویر حساس را دوباره بفرستید. ممکن است برای جلوگیری از افشای اطلاعات دیگران، بررسی متناسبی برای احراز ارتباط شما با داده لازم باشد. درخواست با درنظرگرفتن امکان شناسایی داده، الزامات قانونی و محدودیت‌های ارائه‌دهندگان بررسی می‌شود و نتیجه یا محدودیت اقدام به شما اعلام خواهد شد. حذف همهٔ نسخه‌های فنی یا ارائه‌دهندگان به‌صورت فوری تضمین نمی‌شود.

Conceal private information before sending. Images are not automatically redacted. Remove passwords, verification codes, banking details, identity documents and other people’s private information from the image and your explanation.
What is sent?
Selecting an image only opens a preview in your browser. Pressing “Help me understand” sends the original image file, your optional explanation and your selected language for processing. The upload may include the filename and associated information; metadata embedded in the file is not automatically removed.
Why and where is data processed?
The image and explanation are used to understand the screen and prepare a response. Hosting and AI service providers take part in processing, and some processing may occur outside Iran. Those providers’ retention and use of data depend on their policies and settings. We do not guarantee immediate deletion of every copy.
What stays in your browser?
Language and text size are saved in local browser storage. Site files may be cached for repeat visits or offline use. This version does not save an analysis history in your browser; the selected image, text and response remain in the page while it is open. Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings removes its local preferences and cache.
Starting again or changing the image is not a request to delete transmitted copies. It does not erase data already received by a server or provider.
Technical information and other services
Servers may record ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, request time and path, and browser information, to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service. Log and backup retention depends on infrastructure settings; we do not state a fixed deletion period for these records.
The eNAMAD badge on the homepage loads from eNAMAD’s service. That service receives ordinary browser request information and has its own policy. External links and email services are also subject to their respective policies.
Request access, correction or deletion
Contact support with your request and the approximate time you sent the data. You do not need to resend a sensitive image. We may make proportionate checks to confirm your connection to the data and avoid disclosing someone else’s information. We review requests in light of our ability to identify the data, legal duties and provider limitations, and explain the outcome or any limits on action. Immediate deletion of all technical or provider copies is not guaranteed.
