لغو استفاده یا درخواست

تا پیش از زدن دکمهٔ «کمکم کن» می‌توانید تصویر را عوض کنید یا صفحه را ببندید تا ارسال نشود. پس از ارسال، پردازش ممکن است شروع شده باشد؛ رابط فعلی امکان لغو پردازش در سرور را ندارد. بستن صفحه یا شروع دوباره لزوماً پردازش را متوقف یا نسخهٔ ارسال‌شده را حذف نمی‌کند. هر زمان می‌توانید بدون هزینه از ادامهٔ استفاده صرف‌نظر کنید.

اگر برداشت غیرمنتظره یا تکراری دیدید

برای بررسی، مبلغ، تاریخ و شمارهٔ پیگیری یا مرجع تراکنش را به پشتیبانی بدهید. رمز، رمز یک‌بارمصرف، CVV2 یا شمارهٔ کامل کارت را نفرستید. پرداخت فعالی در این صفحه وجود ندارد؛ انتساب هر تراکنش به خدمت باید ابتدا بررسی شود.

مبالغی که پس از بررسی مشخص شود به‌اشتباه یا بیش از مبلغ لازم دریافت شده‌اند، یا بابت خدمت ارائه‌نشده دریافت شده‌اند، مطابق قانون به پرداخت‌کننده بازگردانده می‌شوند. پس از احراز استحقاق، برای عودت وجه بی‌درنگ و با رعایت مهلت‌های قانونی اقدام می‌کنیم. زمان ثبت نهایی وجه در حساب تابع فرایند بانکی است؛ این موضوع حقوق و مهلت‌های قانونی مصرف‌کننده را محدود نمی‌کند.

برداشت مربوط به تراکنش ناموفق بانکی از مسیر بانک یا شرکت ارائه‌دهندهٔ خدمات پرداخت و تطبیق وضعیت تراکنش پیگیری می‌شود. زمان ثبت برگشت در حساب به فرایند شبکهٔ بانکی بستگی دارد؛ برای آن زمان قطعی اعلام نمی‌کنیم.

پیش از عرضهٔ هر خدمت پولی

قیمت و هزینه‌های لازم، شرح خدمت، شیوه و زمان ارائه و شرایط لغو و بازگشت وجه باید پیش از خرید روشن شوند. این متن به‌معنای فعال‌بودن فروش، تعیین قیمت یا ایجاد اشتراک نیست و حقوق قانونی مصرف‌کننده را محدود نمی‌کند.

Cancel use or a request

Before pressing “Help me understand,” you can change the image or close the page without sending it. After you send it, processing may already have started; the current interface has no server cancellation control. Closing the page or starting again does not necessarily stop processing or delete the transmitted copy. You can stop using the service at any time without a charge.

If you see an unexpected or duplicate charge

Give support the amount, date and transaction tracking or reference number so it can be checked. Do not send a password, one-time password, CVV2 or full card number. This page has no active payment facility; any claimed connection between a transaction and the service must first be verified.

Amounts verified as wrongly or excessively received, or received for a service that was not delivered, are returned to the payer under applicable law. Once entitlement is confirmed, we act promptly to return the money and comply with statutory deadlines. The bank controls when the credit appears in the account; this does not limit consumer rights or statutory deadlines.

A debit from a failed bank transaction is followed up through the bank or payment service provider and reconciliation of the transaction status. The banking network controls when the reversal appears in the account; we do not state a guaranteed bank-posting time.

Before any paid service is offered

The price and required charges, service description, delivery method and timing, and cancellation and refund conditions must be clear before purchase. This policy does not activate sales, set a price or create a subscription. It does not limit statutory consumer rights.
